when do your kids

go back to school?? Our school starts on Aug 19th I am not happy about my son going back... and he is going into 4 grade !
seriously.. when did he get so old?? time goes to fast!

4th grade! wow....owen is going to 2nd and i can't believe it. i think when henry starts school i will be in total shock, LOL!

they start the last week in August here...

oh Amy I feel your pain !!!! my baby leaves me for college on the 19th ;( what will I do ??? for the last 18 years I keep putting things on hold and saying when Jacob turns 18 I'll do "my thing" well now the time has come and I don't know what I'm gonna do.I am so excited for him yet sad for me

Mine aren't even in school yet...Lucas will start next year!! And it makes me about want to cry just thinking about it...

All 4 of mine start school on Monday the 16th. My girls are in 4th and 7th grades and my boys are in 6th and a junior in high school. It isn't bad this year. I think I'll have the most trouble the year my youngest enters middle school in a couple of years. In two years I'll have one graduating 5th grade, one graduating middle school and one graduating from high school! That is a year I'm dreading! Oh and to top it off, my husband may actually have his college degrees completed by then!

Tomorrow! It's bittersweet, I'm sad that they're another year older but I'm definitely ready for a little me time! DS is in 4th and DD is in 1st, I can't believe it! It goes so quickly.

Mine go back tomorrow! My daughter will be going into Jr. High. My son will be going into 5th grade. They will be in 2 different schools this year which should be interesting in terms of pick up and drop off. lol

my youngest will be a junior in college. he goes back on the 19th because he's an RA {resident advisor} in the dorm this year.

Mine are going back this morning! ACCCCKKKKKK! Where did this summer go? I am actually sad about it this year for once. I'm going to miss them being here with me everyday. My girls are in 7th, 6th, and 3rd. Shane's girls are in 6th and 3rd! CrAzY!!!!!!!!!

Oh my... you all go back so early! We start on Sept. 9th. I'm a teacher and we start the 7th but the kids don't come until the 9th. Of course, we don't end school until the end of June so I guess there's the tradeoff. But it doesn't feel like fall until school starts here. The leaves will be starting to change, the new clothes, the new supplies, the clean classrooms! It's my favorite time of the year!

My dd moves out and into dorm life on the 23rd. Ack! I worked realy hard to get her there. I haven't had to fill out so much paperwork, and help write grant requests and talk to everyone and there brother. I have to say we were no way prepared for a tuition bill of 25K a year, pluss room and board. I beg you all with little ones.....treat them as you do your own retirement. Even if it's scraping 20 bucks a week to put in an account. Do it now!

My oldest is in grade 6 and my baby will be in grade 1.

My little boy starts school next Thursday, I can't believe it, he seems too young Still, he's really looking forward to it which is awesome. My daughter starts preschool next Monday so finally I get some free mornings to Craft WOOHOO!

Will miss them though I'm sure For the few hours they are gone!

Mine are already in school. Sad... Liking a bit of a break, but it just seems wrong that they start back when it is still 100 degrees here and it's still summer! Also, they have to be AT SCHOOL at 7 am and I think that is insane! (We're all so tired!) I envy you guys that start in Sept. That's how it was when I was little... Wish it was still that way!


Okay, rant over... Looking on the bright side, just think -- I will be able to scrap some now!
