Urge to Clean!!

I've got this crazy urge to clean and organize every room in the house. I'm talking that nutty urge to go through every closet, every drawer, etc.

It's SO weird because I get this way every fall.

Makin my to do list now.

Carrie, that is so funny b/c I always get that way at Fall too...not spring cleaning for me, but fall. I went through the kids room the other day like a mad woman...throwing out, cleaning re-organizing!!! Now to do the rest of the house:)

I always get the urge to deep clean in fall instead of spring. I think it's because we're getting our nest ready for winter! lol

first on my list is my college son's room .... he moved back to college 10 days ago and left his room a PIT! it'll be all clean and tidy when he comes home for thanksgiving.

i've been nesting as well. didn't realize it was a season. i just figured i had a spurt of energy prior to enless laziness. lol!

Well apparently I didn't get that memo.

No urges to clean here - anyone with some extra time and energy is more than welcome to come and clean to their heart's content tho!

I'm with the rest of you! I get the urge in the fall to get everything ready before the holidays!

the urge comes randomly for me...hahaha

i just starting purging like crazy! I wish I had it more though...

oh girl!! ME TOO!!! I actually started in one room. My plan is to go to room to room.

I also have the BIGGEST urge to redo some rooms. I'm so sick of the paint color in some of the rooms.

As a matter of fact I"m probably going to be repainting the girls' rooms soon. One of them I'm doing hot pink walls with zebra print bedding and the other I'm doing lime green walls with zebra prints. It oughta be fun for them now that they are getting into the teen years.

time to say bye bye to the pale yellow and butterflies....

ellen, i'm going from room to room too ... well, i haven't actually started yet, but going to dig in on wednesday. the girls' rooms sound FUN!!!

Okay, this made me laugh!!

Glad I could make you laugh! We all need that once in a while! Honestly I'm doing all I can do right now to keep the bathrooms and kitchen clean and stay on top of laundry! And make sure the kids and the animals all get the right medication.

Any major cleaning will just have to wait til ragweed and mold season is over!

I wish that urge would rug off on me! I have so much to do and it seems like no time or motivation to do it. lol

yea i'm with ellen....wish it would happen more than randomly for me! too many lil ones and not enough time here!

i get this, too. so i rerrange the furniture a lot

I do one room a week usually. But I love when I have the urge to clean.
