Cravings

WHAT is going on with me?
i'm craving everything that is bad for me .... cookies, french fries, ice cream, potato chips, candy bars .. you name it!

i can't blame it on 'that time of the month' because i had a hysterectomy last year so i don't have those anymore.

Me too! I feel like I have gained 20 pounds in the past month. Ugh. As of today I am back on the healthy eating though.

Carrie - typically I can relate to you but the past TWO days I have been craving fruit and water and everything that is GOOD for you. I am NEVER like that! LOL - I'm usually a chips and soda junkie.

Hmmmm.....I always have cravings. I think it's more hormonal for me than anything.

I just keep craving brie cheese on bagel crisps...I swear I need to lay off of it...but it's sooo good!! That's my snack of choice lately:)

LOL...that was my first thought. Hummm Suzanne, we must have new babies and remember the cravings well. Smile

craving crazy unhealthy food too.

but it's at the end of winter too and still a little cool, I need my comfort food.

I go in streaks and there is never any rhyme or reason to it, but it is usually worse around that time of the month... salty stuff for double decker bloating! ::sigh::

hahahahaha -how true is that!!! I should know better by now to stay away from the salt at that time of month but I think that's when I do extra loading up. Glutton for the punishment I suppose!
