| Someone posted on FB about how to give your kitchen aide a makeover and I was ALL OVER it. So far it has the base coat drying in Black. I am going to surf the web to see if there is more appliance color paint than the basics before I apply the design. I can't tell you how I have thought about this for years. First I thought zebra, then no too busy, cherries no not original enough, then scrolls but the gal that posted did that. SOO, I have an idea or two and am working on making them into stencils, so the design may not be done for a week or two, but I will post when I do finish it. | |

| Can't wait to see it! I have been salivating over the copper Kitchenaid from W&S for years, but it is so spendy that my good old white one will have to just be enough.

| i can't wait to see it.
mymom painted our appliances when we were little so i guess you can do it with any appliance.
We have brian's pap's kitchen aide (his pap did the baking and sewing, LOL!) and it is yucky green so I should definitely do it!

I have no clue! LOL A kitchen aide is the brand, but it is a large bowl counter mixer. Sandra lee has them in a special color to match her kitchen decor on her show

I have no clue! LOL Shanna, you've seen them before, you probably didn't know what they were called. They'll be on sale all over the place for the holidays, now you'll be seeing them everywhere! Here's a link: http://www.kitchenaid.com/flash.cmd?/#/product/KSM150PSPK/Kristen, I can't wait to see your creation!

| I have the base coat done, but need a week or so to define the design and find the stuff to make the stencil for the design. By the way so far the colors available for appliances are:
Black, biscuit (almond), white, Silver and maybe red. I would add bling, or rub ons however, the cleaning process wouldn't be too kind to the rub ons etc
