Decoupage with stamps

Decoupage is something I like to do, but only when I can add my own twist! So rather than buy the shop bought printed versions, I create my own stamped versions instead.

I thought I'd share this card that I made using the "October Kit" to show you how easy it is to do.



I stamped my image numerous times onto the gorgeous FTLOA "La Mode" papers using TH Tea Die distress ink. Cut them out and decoupaged them with foam pads. I then went around the edge of the top layer with "Snickerdoodle" Smooch accent ink to add a little sparkle.



That's it, easy right? It gives a card great dimension and you can tweak it in so many ways.

My grandmother used to make graphics with this technique, like vintage girls and boys, and frame them! I love it!
