good news/bad news

Bad news first...
I have two sick children (one with fever and raging sore throat, the other with stomach bug)

Good news...
They are quietly resting in bed. After our Dr. visit this morning, I'm hoping to get some scrap time in.

Thanks, ladies! DS has strep throat, DD has possible UTI. Both are resting and I'm getting ready to have second round of coffee for the day.

Ugh poor things!! We're not just talking your basic colds Good that they are resting though. My littles have a hard time "resting." Enjoy your scrap time though

So sorry!!! I just saw this!!! Poor babies! And I, too, have a puker in the house! (Can you tell this is going around our schools???) No fun... Glad your hubby is back in town!

Thank you, ladies! The kids are much better today. DS got a rocephin injection yesterday, so he's bouncing right back! DD is not contagious, so she's back to school today. Hopefully, today will just be a quiet, relaxing laundry day (and hopefully some scrapping, too!)

Glad they are doing better today Sherry - I remember getting strep as a kid all the time until they took my tonsils. It was the pits but I do remember those shots - and they are AWESOME! hurt like heck as they poke my bottom but it sure did work so much quicker than just the normal antibiotic!

After you tackle your laundry - you can always come work on mine!

Hope you get some good crafty time in there!

I was the same way, I had my tonsils removed @ 20!!! Not a great idea! lol
