Can I share something funny

My Mammaw was 99 years old when she passed away last week, and although that's nowhere near funny, she would drink a budweiser beer every afternoon. for as long as i knew that woman. unless she was on antibiotics and then she wouldn't b/c of doctor's orders, but other than that she did. and she lived to be that old. just on my mind today:)

So sorry for your loss - never easy no matter how old they are but wow! One fine lady I'm sure!

Julie Ann, I loved the frog budweiser commercials!! thanks again girls..and the memories are helping me. it's still rough and i'll just start crying out of nowhere, but i'm dealing....and i've actually been scrapbooking today as a form of therapy, which you'll get to see tomorrow or Thursday:)

sorry for your loss. but those ladies back then my gram included i feel were pioneer women and they totally rocked. they were strong. independent. tough. and i so wanna be like them. God's blessings to you and your family.

I guess grief comes in waves, and that is what it sounds like you are experiencing too. It sucks, but there is no way around it but through it........or else it will come out some other way like through illness or dis-ease.

It is great to have those fun memories - they sure help with the loss, at least it did when I lost my grand-ma.
