hi!!!!!!!!

how is everyone???

Sick I am hoping we all get it out of the way before christmas and I think I am on the recovery end of it, but while the christmas stuff got done this weekend (tree, lights, gingerbread house etc) the dishes are piling and I just want to sit around complaining about my cough.

Hope everyone else is healthy bc this stinks.

I'm doing well.
This is my first full day off without kids at home in a while. I'm doing laundry, baking, cleaned a bit and now I want to work on the quilt I'm making my dd for Christmas.

Leigh I would love to see pics of the quilt when you are finished. I wish that was a talent i possessed but no! My mom does though:)

I'm just trying to relax today. mixing in some laundry and dishes a little in between my resting and trying to do a scrapbook page if the kids cooperate...we'll see how that goes!

I've been super busy with all kinds of stuff ..... working at our family business, putting up Christmas decorations, spending time with my family in Ohio, shopping, and some scrappy projects.

I've got the next 2 days off so I hope to be productive and get caught up on stuff around the house. Our laundry looks like a mountain top!

I'm just getting over the crud to Rebbca. Feel better! The cough is lingering and driving me crazy. I hope it's gone soon I have shopping to do yet.

I'm cold. Below normal temps make for chilly days in the midwest. I'm still in denial about winter. ::sigh::

Bought a new vacuum today, our old Hoover that Todd got in college finally bit the dust. Literally. This new one sucks. HA! The see through cylinder is cool and totally gross at the same time. It's quite evident that the old Hoover was slacking for some time. Who knew I'd be so happy about a vacuum. Note to self... get a life!

Otherwise I have Christmas on the brain. Stressing about gifts, cookies, cleaning and all that good stuff.

Hope you don't stress too much!! And I LOVE my vacuum...vacuuming the floors is my obsessive compulsive trait. The floors must be clean. Other than that I have become really laid back about the house...I saw a sign the other day that I really want in Ross...
It said "My house was clean last week, sorry you missed it"

kids had a snow day today so it was nice to do nothing and not have to go anywhere:)

i'm doing. i love being home. i love traveling. dh and i celebrated our 13th year anniversary on the 5th. he bought me a dryer. nothing says love like a new appliance. lmao...he's such a goof.

we are headed for san diego on the 12th. the night before we're going to a joe bonnamassa concert. if you haven't heard him. ohmymy. (not my usual stuff) but he calls to me. yum!

lost a hard one pound. after i gained 15, after i lost 31. sigh. so now its 14. i 1b atta time.
