East coast/Northeast coast gals

yeah the east coast got rocked with snow.

we were at my parents christmas day and we woke up to 6" today and then we booked 3 days at our Timeshare in Atlantic City so we just got here. The highways were fine but once we got close to AC it was bad. There is aTON of snow here! 12" and since it is a beach town they are at a loss. You should see the ppl shoveling, I feel so bad for them sitting in my nice warm room getting ready to hit the hot tub, LOL!

oooooooooo ellen you know how to rock the blizzard. glad all is well.

We didn't get a thing here. It's blustery and cold, but other then that not bad at all.

i know! i saw the news last night and it was 21"! not 12, LOL

Yep, not even a flake here... just the way I hope it stays! I'm amazed that we didn't get any... it sure has been cold and windy!

Andrea, do you have your snow blower all gassed up and ready to go? Ed was just saying yesterday he hoped you guys could remember how to start it.

Nope... we haven't done anything with it yet!

i can't believe you haven't gotten snow yet. it is following ME!

I live here in GA...we got 4 inches where I live which I know...doesn't seem like a lot...but around here it really shuts things down. We have had lots of ice on the roads which makes for bad commutes. But it has been pretty at least while it is lasting. Hope all the gals really getting hit are safe and cozy

I'm scheduled to fly back East to help my daughter move from NJ to NC next Tuesday. Hoping & praying no other storms come and prevent me from flying. Now if I get stuck there ... then that is a good thing as I'll have my grandsons with me.
