Cleaning out the kitchen

Oy! Our kitchen renovation starts Monday and I'm at the point where I just want to throw everything away and start new. I've been combining spices (how do I have 3 half used containers of nutmeg?). I haven't cleaned the drawers since moving in 5 years ago and I'm sure my bachelor forever, now married sweetheart didn't clean the drawers much less put much in them after his Mom moved to town and he moved into the farm house.

The Tupperware cupboard .... well lets just say there are very few matches. I'm making it sound worse then it is, but I'm ready to throw it out or take to to The Granny Shoppe (our local thrift store).

We remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and it was a mess... but so worth it! Embrace the dust! Congrats!

Yeah, it will be awesome once it's all done. Good luck sticking it out! Make sure to take before and after photos so we can see.
