New use for Bind-it-all

I'm thinking of using my Binditall to clamp my mouth shut. I swear, in the last few weeks I have eaten everything that wouldn't bite back. I need some self control NOW!! I'm hoping my confession will have a cleansing effect. Whew, I feel better. Thanks, friends!

Yesterday I was having a crappy unmotivated day and I think it was due largely to the fact that I am PMSing and eating evreything in sight! I think I was putting something in my mouth every hour yesterday, and come to think of it, today has been pretty much the same! Perhaps I need to invest in a Bind-It-All too, lol! All I know is that come January 1st, I am done with the snacks and I'll be back on the exercise wagon! That's a promise!

Yup, getting rid of the sweets and left overs and gotta get back to cooking normal stuff. Just New Years food and then it's back to the norm. Ed being home with me isn't any help, he is a sweetie but thinks he needs to feed me 3 meals a day.

Unfortunately the BIA doesn't fit things quite so big in its grips! Maybe we need to invent something.

hilarious...i feel you Andrea...i just got over the pms gig (it clobbered me on xmas eve, perfect timing right) so naturally i've been craving all things bad and chocolate. Well at least i wont bring the new year in with a pissy, bad, mean attitude

Bind me up too! OK, that sounds bad. Keep me regular but bound my mouth shut! I can't diet until Monday... the Badgers play in the Rose Bowl on Saturday so finger foods are a must! Sunday we celebrate Christmas with my family so I'll eat well then too. After that, no excuses!

i know what you mean. i never eat sweets until this time of year. it's so weird! not to mention the amount of wine i have had doesn't help the caloric intake either

but it feels good to be home and back on the workout horse. hoping it comes of quickly {sigh}

So, there IS another use for the BIA that I can use!! I usually lose weight over the holidays, but middle age must settin in cuz that didn't happen this year! I'm not even going to step on the scale, not to mention that I was pmsing between Christmas and New Years with 10,000 pounds of cookies & fudge & home made chicken & noodles & every other great tasting, bad for you food you can think of here.

I did get on the treadmill this morning & did a few jumping jacks while waiting for the microwave to get done heating my coffee. The bad (good) stuff is all gone now, I took care of every last crumb! Mmmmm....(*snicker!*)

Wow, I can't imagine losing weight during the holidays! Good for you getting on the treadmill! I'm just coming off of a 24 hour stomach bug, at least it helped to jumpstart my weight loss.
