I'm getting it done....

My church has asked to display my Congo scrapbook album next Saturday for a fundraiser evening. (I went with a team from my church last February to DR Congo.)

This is just the motivation (i.e. kick in the pants ) that I needed to get it done.
I'd needed journaling on two layouts, which I added yesterday, then I got another six layouts done last night.
I need to finish a title on the sixth and have printed the journaling on a seventh this morning. Woohoo!

What could motivate you to get it done?

Oh that's so true! It shows we can get it done when we have to! I'm so guilty. I find that when I'm under pressure to get something done, I actually commit to putting things on the page much quicker, instead of fussing over every little thing....and those are always the things I'm most happy with when they're done!

Yay for getting your album done! I am definately guilty of having a few projects that are just hanging at their midway point. I printed a bunch of pictures for framing a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to frame or hang them.

I got it done this afternoon! I'm so happy!
Now I just need to scrap my Paris pictures from the two hours we were there on the way home.

That is amazing! It's amazing you were able to go on the trip and I am sure you guys were a real blessing and what better way to share the experience with others then with a scrapbook! You will love that you have it completed too.
