| oh my gosh, i've been real sick for the past 9-10 days and the only thing i could eat without feeling sick to my stomach has been this special smoothie my son told me about.
it's really nothing special ... just real healthy: 1/2 cup crushed ice 1 container of fruit flavored lowfat yogurt fresh strawberries fresh blueberries
now i'm hooked ... they're SO good and so healthy!

| Glad to hear you're starting to feel better! I love smoothies for breakfast but I usually add half a banana to mine along with blueberries or strawberries. | |
