| So, I am going through my scrapbook paper and realize that I have 4-6 sheets of the same pattern.
I think I need to thin the herd. The scrapbook flea market is coming up in my area and it is the perfect opportunity to let go of some of my paper.
My question is: How many sheets do I keep if I have multiple sheets of the same pattern.
I have three paper racks filled with paper. Yes. Yes. I am a scrapbook addict. LOL

| Personally if its a paper I LOVE I always have 2 of it on hand and then sometimes I wish I had a 3rd ...but if I don't really LOVE it I never even use just one...which is why I too have a TON of paper just sitting around... | |

| I love having multiple sheets as well. Especially if it's a design you can cut the pattern and use for embellishments. Sorry I know you are tyring to thin and we aren't being much help. | |

| See that is my problem. Some of my papers are many years old.
And what I like has changed. But I bought paper that I "Had" to use. And it is gathering dust. LOL I am "keeping" a lot of paper.
Some papers I will not give up. Like Junkitz. Don't anyone ever try to take my Junkitz paper. LOL

| I am that way with some of my Scenic Route stuff....I keep thinking one day I will use that favorite line that I hoarded but in reality, there is too much great new stuff that I will always grab first. Get rid of it!!! LOL I think I'm going to. It will be painful but I need to do some serious purging. | |

| i always hang onto 2 sheets for sure ... if it's a pattern i absolutely love, i like to hang onto 3 or 4 sheets ... i've got the chicken paper from scenic route that i have about 8 sheets of. i bought that many with the intention of using it for a recipe book/album. 5 years later and i still have the same intention to do that book someday.... so i won't get rid of it and i'll not get rid of any of my houndstooth papers .... never. | |

| I typically keep 2 of something I adore. Now, for papers that I can use as background papers I keep 2-3 of. I hoard paper too though lol! | |

| I'm a hoarder too! I have to say I have been better recently. I usually only have 2 of my favorite patterned papers...unless like the others said, it's ones that I just can't live without or that are timeless......I still have a paper problem! | |

| UPDATE! Well, not an update.. more procrastination. I KNOW I need to go down there! I KNOW I need to thin the herd. But I have been telling myself (trying to convince myself) that I have been way to busy to do it.
No not me? A Procrastinator? LOL
Well, the paper is still sitting there (probably multiplying in that dark closet)
But I have made head way. I have decided that I am getting rid of ALL my rub ons. Ok maybe not all, but say 90%. I just do not use them. I do not think I have used one rub on in three years.
So in the Scrapbook Flea Market bin they go. Ok, they really have not gone "in" just in my head.
This is gonna be bad. It is like letting go of your favorite toy as a kid. Ugh!
But I can do it. Do you know what I keep telling myself.
Just sell it Kathleen! You can make room for all those other bargains you will find at the scrapbook flea market. LOL
YeP! there is no cure for me.
