It's too quiet in my house!

Well at least it will be for 2 weeks!

My elder two children are spending two weeks with family friends and working at our local zoo in their teen volunteer program! For my eldest this will be his 5th and final summer. My eldest daughter - this is her first year!

So here at home I have just my two youngest. And tomorrow we start Summer school - Mommy style. I wouldn't be doing it BUT my 12 year old decided to finish his school year with mostly D's. And the deal was - D's = Mommy style Summer school. He's going to regret his laziness this past semester! Oh that's for sure!

And the baby - well she didn't want school to end in the first place so summer school is is just going to be fun for her and I!

Enjoy the peace, I say! Good luck with summer school. I kept telling my kids that I was going to host a Mommy Boot Camp for them this summer.

i have a bunch of stuff for owen and i to work on this year. i already have him booked for an hour this week for not listening, LOL

so cool about them working at the children's zoo....i do think FW has one of the best around!

i don't envy you the summer school plans.
