I take VERY warm/hot showers, although if its warm like in the summer I turn it down a bit.

| Most of mine are on the colder side. I rarely go past 1/2 way on the nozel but yesterday I took the hottest shower after I ran last night. It felt so good. It just made me think of how sometimes my body just craves it. | |

I use to take very Hot showers but not any more....with low blood sugar
I talk cooler showers now.

| Usually hot, but my skin is so dry here I've tried to tone it down a bit--hot showers are supposed to be really bad for your skin. | |
