We're finally on the mend

Well ladies, I feel like we're finally on the mend at our house. We've all been so sick for the past few weeks.

I actually ended up having surgery yesterday to remove my gallbladder. I've been horribly sick for over a week and unable to eat/drink anything for 5 days. I spent a couple of days in the hospital getting re hydrated and having surgery. I'm home now. A little sore but already feeling so much better than I was before.

I am so sad, however, that I missed the deadline for the DT call.....next year, right?!?!

So glad you are home and on the mend. I had my gal bladder taken out about 6 weeks after I have my oldest daughter by c-section. So not fun!! Hopefully you will be feeling much better soon!!

Anyone else had their gallbladder removed? What are you supposed to eat after surgery?

Wow Becki! I do hope you're feeling better soon. Sorry to hear about your surgery but at least now you won't have to deal with those issues anymore.
