| and by that question I mean...
ON layouts, cards? Make things.like a dress? make fun embellishments like flowers or trims?
Currently I am making a dress my daughter wants..I don't know why I said I would make it (she has way too many dresses). I have not made a dress in ages! I forgot what a pain they are. this one has--darts, lining and hidden zipper..GOD help me!

| I think it is fantastic that you can sew dresses for her!!
I love sewing, but am limited in my abilities, lol. I do sew on layouts/cards, and I also like making bags.. grocery bags, sling bags etc. I also sew cloth bookmarks, and stuffed owls. I'd love to do clothing, but it REALLY intimidates me!

| Wow, that dress is amazing you made for your daughter Michelle!
I love to sew on my scrappy projects the problem is I don't have room to keep my sewing machine out all the time so I don't use it as much as I would like.
I have made a couple quilts and some curtains but can't sew clothes to save my life! Would love to learn how though. I am rooting for you Dria!

| I can sew, but don't do it often. I don't have room to keep my machine out in my craft room. (ha! I just typed a frown face and the crying emoticon popped up!) P.S. Love the dress, Michelle! | |

| I started sewing in junior high and made most of my own clothes for years. Also sewed for my kids when they were little. Now I make clothes for my granddaughter and also do some quilting. And, of course, sewing on my pages and cards!
Michelle - you did a fabulous job on that dress - it's gorgeous!

| Michelle! Love the dress ,,bet you love sewing on satin..it makes me crazy - I made Julie's flower girl dress when she was 4-- satin and more satin--ugh.
I finished her pink with white polka dot dress today. She put it on a twirled and declared it perfect.

| There are a couple of fabric patterns I am looking for and can't locate! I need aqua with nickle size polka dots and cream with dark script I would like each out of "calico weight" You would think these 2 would be easy to find | |

| I do not sew anything! I bought a sewing machine just so I could sew on my layouts, that's it. Straight stiches and even those are messy but I don't mind! | |
