I usually make mine the Shake-n-Bake way!

And now that it's grillin' season, I like to do them on the grill too. I marinate the chops for a bit in some Italian dressing and pop them on the grill for a few. Simple!

Slow bake them... than grill them.

I like to marinate mine in Red Wine Vinegar salad dressing, then grill. I like to grill on indirect heat. Which means I turn the grill on high and get it really hot then turn off all but one end burner add the meat and close the lid. Try to only turn your meat once which will help to keep some of the juice in. Once you remove the mean from the grill tent it with foil for 10 min. before serving.

I know it's hard when your family is screaming they are hungry to slow cook...
but it will make a difference !

You can also use tenderizers & or like Ashjoy mentioned marinate the heck out of it.

let me know how they turn out Carrie.

I've cooked them in the crock pot all day and they've been super tender but I like the slow cook then grill idea.

We grill them, or put them in a frying pan with a can of mushroom soup. You cook it over medium low. They are so tender, and really good.
