| I started doing this HCG drops diet about 1.5 weeks ago. Some friends who are also doing the HCG diet and are following the strict diet have lost crazy numbers of weight but I found I just couldn't survive off 500 calories a day and with such a short menu. So I've been following more of the WW point value combined with some serious @$$ kicking workouts. It's paying off because I am down 7 lbs!!!! Only 13 more to go and I will be back to my weight from High School!!!! | |

| Wow good for you! But be careful you are getting enough sodium. I had a friend (who is a nurse of all things!) end up in the hospital with a serious electrolyte imbalance. They had though she was having a heart attack, but without chest pain. | |

Wow - that's scary!! I know I'm getting sodium because I have an addiction to salt  LOL And thanks Kim! I'm pretty excited and I think you're right. THat's why I decided I didn't care about the fast large numbers. I'd rather lose steady and slow and keep it off. | |

| CONGRATS!!!!!!! yeah 500 is too low. i was doing bad on 1000. i remember being sooooo tired. But the good thing is I like wine so i get a lot of calories that way  | |
