What do you do when...

you see a great/lovely/sweet/superb paper layout and you would love to make something like it. Do you go through your old paper stash, or do you make a template just like the paper one and do you go digi???

I would love to know what you guys do???!!!!

Well, I generally save the layout image, and eventually I use it for paper and possibly digital. I actually save and print out small proofs of layouts or sketches for when my mood strikes.

Kristen I love that small proofs idea. Have to start doing that. Now my inspiration is all over the place, LOL. When you do digi do you make a template and save that or is it just one time use??

I'm a paper girl. I tend to not save inspiration but if I have an idea I may jot something down. Like how to make a flower or to use certain lines together.

I always want to buy a notebook to jot things down LOL, but always end up saving the inspirations on my computer because I am a digigirl, LOL. It is a great idea to keep track of lines that go well together, that can even work for me. Thanks for that idea!!!!

I have only done them 1 time. If the template/sketch is really fun I have done a paper layout with it and a digi. There is so many good ideas and layouts etc, I tend to only do them 1 time.

However, I use the same pictures over and over paper and digi, to go with great products LOL

Hahaha funny Kristen. I tend to use templates over and over and use pictures only once. Have so many that I have got enough to choose from, and hoping to finish some books for my little boy, LOL.
