I made spice cake from scratch for my son's, and my, joint bday cake.
It was so delicious ... a big hit with my family that came over to celebrate.

I made my cake in a ceramic 9x13 pan and it baked perfectly.

i used a different frosting recipe than what the cake recipe showed.
i used this cream cheese frosting recipe and it was so good!
