| as i'm editing a wedding i shot, and a senior shoot i shot, i'm finding it is taking me approximately an hr to edit 8 pics. {give or take a couple pics/minutes}
for you gals who do photo shoots, how long does it take you?

| i do enjoy it ..... it is tediuous and i'm forever hoping i'm giving the people what they want, but i do love seeing the final edit and getting that "aahhhh-ha" feeling on a photo. | |

| Oh it is soooo time consuming but editing pics is probably my favorite part of the process! It can totally make all the difference in a good photo to a great photo! It's well worth it! And just fun too. | |

| It depends on what I'm editing - personal photos I usually run a quick sharpen and color boost. If it's going on my facebook fan page or my photography blog I of course do more. If it's for a client - it can take approximately 4-8 hours to edit out (from RAW to the finished photo) about 35-50 photos. I'm SO particular about how they look though...it's a little OCD lol!! | |

| I guess that's why there are so many photography articles about not undercharging --because the price you charge includes so much more than the shoot itself and if you undercharge you are literally making cents every hour considering the hours of editing etc. | |
