Good Monday Morning ladies!!!

Are you ready to get the Card-A-Day challenge kicked off again? I missed Saturday and Sunday since it was a pret-ty cr-azy weekend but we are back and are OFFICIALLY starting the Card-A-Day challenges AND also, today starts the entry for the RAK!!

Now remember - you don't have to play along every day and your entries don't have to be done the day of the challenge. You will have through Saturday to get your entries in and on Sunday is when I will randomly choose a winner.

Remember the more you play, the more chances you have to win!!

Let's get started!

I took the kids swimming this weekend since our temperatures reached into the 100's this weekend with 100% humidity (it's lovely) - so today's challenge is brought to you by.......

Summertime

Create a card that reminds you of summer. Whether it's swimming, ice cream, bright colors, bbq's, summer birthdays, etc. It can be ANY theme - just use a symbol of summer on your card.

Ok....here is mine. It's not the most original summer theme, but I made a card which is quite the accomplishment for me! I'm not a card maker, not that often anyways. Smile

Love the push to do this!

The yellow felt is sort of a sun, then a coffee-filter rose/flower, and of course my butterfly using a Martha Stewart punch. Some glimmermist in the background!

Julie Ann! this is awesome! Is that an index card you used for the base? Pure genius! and I love that you used a coffee filter to make the flower! I would never have thought of that!! Love the colors and the glimmer mist! You need to start making more cards!!!
