Do you have a quick and easy recipe that is so delicious that everyone raves or eats it up when you make it? If so, post it here.

This last week I made a chocolate chip cookie that is so good no one knew it was good for them until I told them

Dark chocolate chip almond/coconut cookies

1 1/8 C Coconut flour
1 1/8 C Almond meal/flour
1t. baking soda
1t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 bag of dark chocolate chips (I use Ghiardelli)
1 stick butter
3/4 c brown sugar packed
3/4 c. Xylitol (which is a natural sugar substitute take from fruits and other foods- lowest on the glycemic scale, 40% less calories than sugar, tastes like sugar with no funky after taste) You can use stevia if you like.

Cream butter and sugars, add in the eggs and vanilla, add the baking powder and salt and vanilla, then add in the flours and the chips.

scoop onto sheet, you must flatten these they will not flatten themselves.
Bake at 350 degrees until lightly golden. Enjoy

that looks like a great recipe! I have to try it.

for me, every time I make jalapeno poppers everyone just has a fit and gobbles them up.

but unlike your recipe, they are not really good for you...

just half jalapenos, fill with cream cheese and wrap with bacon. bake at about 375 for around a half hour. brush with a little bbq sauce for extra kick Smile

these all sound delish!

Those poppers...yum...I am going to have to try them. A friend of mine grows them in her yard.

People always request two of my dips.

Sausage dip:
Brown sausage (2lbs) and drain. Add a block of cream cheese and a can of Rotelle. Serve Warm with crackers or chips to scoop. SO GOOD! I use spcy sausage, too, but you don't have to.

Buffalo chicken dip:

two cans of chicken drained
mix with one block of cream cheese (softened)
add 1/4 cup of wing sauce
ranch dressing and hot sauce to taste.
sprinkle with cheese (i use a lot, LOL)
and bake until cheese bubbles.

some ppl use blue cheese dressing but we like
ranch
