Black Friday

Did anyone take part in the craziness of Black Friday? Believe it or not, I didn't even leave my house on Friday. I've been getting over a nasty cold so I didn't feel like going anywhere and fighting any kind of crowd.

If you did, what deals did you score?

Sorry you weren't feeling well.
I did not participate, we decorated the house for Christmas and went to see a movie that night.

I did Black Thursday night

So Thursday night after dinner and we settled in Cade says to me... "Sure would love to experience Black Friday" No way was he going to talk me into that one but I thought to myself ...well no harm in heading over to our Local Walmart that night and see what's going on.

IT WAS CRAZY !!!!!!
I did score a bunch of Blue Ray DVD movies for Damien for $10
Got me a wireless HP Printer for $38
Got the PS3 Michael Jackson Experience for Seth
(Wanted the Dance 3....but people were snatching those out
of other peoples hands...just ridicules!)
I also got some Wear Ever PANS set for $24

Really Happy with the few things I got but had I known how crazy
it was going to be I never would have taken Cade. He was ready to
come home 30 minutes into it.

Sounds like some great deals Norma. We went one year, only ONE! It was before they started having them begin Thanksgiving night. We got up at 4 am, out the door at 5 and waited at Target in line. I think they opened at 7 am. It was crazy! People were trampling other people, they had to call security, and when the doors did open, people took off running through the store and running over people with carts. All I could do was stand there in disbelief and laugh. I thought how crazy it was! It was fun but not something I'd probably do again! Rather stay home in my warm bed.
