HELLO

Thought I would swing in to say HELLO to every one.

These last few months have been crazy busy....

Remember my nephew who was taken when little?
Well he finally made it home and we have been so
busy getting him to experience life and try new things.
It has truly been a blessing to have him!!!!

I have also been working on our house some more...
We have neglected the back yard for about 4 years
and am now paying the price... but I really want chickens
and have been busy getting the yard ready so that the boys
and me can build a chicken coop. Damien is getting ready to
demo the front enclosed porch in a few weeks and we are going
to be opening it up.

So what have you all been up to?

this week is spring break here, and so there are lots of fun activities to go to. took the kids to see a magician at the library this morning, and this afternoon my daughter attended Spring Break Camp at a local educational/toy store. she learned all about magnets and magnifiers-she LOVED it! I am so glad because I was a little worried. It was her first time doing an activity without someone she knew with her. It was 3 1/2 hrs. long too, and she is just five.

But, everything went well, and she is excited for tomorrow when she has a class on cooking and crafts-so fun!!!!

I've been working on my back yard, too. We just moved in October and the previous owners didn't take care of the back yard. I spent all evening Tuesday just cleaning it up. Looks some what better now and ready for a good mow!!

I can't believe you are going to demo the front enclosed porch! I wish we had one. Our next house will have one if I have my way.

Good luck with the chickens! Brian has brought that topic up several times and I refuse to agree. I grew-up around farms that had chickens and I hated the mess.

And I"m so jealous! I want some chickens too! Hubby says I'm crazy and I don't really want chickens, I just think I do!
