Friday...

Hey come on... where is everybody???

I had a crazy week. Enrolled Ben in a new school..now I have to drive him--such is life BUT as long as he's happy I am happy.

Changing schools is always a challenge. Hopefully he can settle in, make friends quickly and get involved. Bummer about the driving, but maybe it won't be so bad. Hopefully its not a very long drive. That could get interesting in the winter if it is.

I lucked out that there is a bus stop for the school 3 miles from me.. the school is 9 miles so not too bad.
Ben (luckily) can play sports for them if he wants--Ohio has some weird open enrollment rules regarding sports-- guess they had trouble at some point with ids being recruited but since Ben didn't play for Findlay and meets all the other requirements it's ok.
Vanlue is actually the smallest public school in Ohio!! only 20 kids (including Ben) in the senior class!
