Kids Sports

Anyone else have a crazy life this time of year due to their kids being in sports? I'm spending every night driving kids around and the nights when DH has to work late and I'm all by myself dropping off and picking up is craziness. I'm glad my kids are having the experience and love it , but man-I am so ready for the seasons to be over!
Anyone else?

I have one in dance and one in Karate. Carley's practices are monday and tuesday and Gavin's are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We only take Gavin two days though, since he's six and we don't want to wear him out. I'm blessed to have Jason who helps me get them where they need to be. It has been a busy time though.

I don't miss those days at all. We were constantly running to soccer, basketball, wrestling, football, and track. And the bad thing for us was that my step-son lived with us and my step-daughter lived with her mom, which was 45 minutes away. But we never missed a game or meet of hers because we wanted to be involved. But boy did it make it a real challenge at times because of the distance and the fact that we both work full time.

But it will be over soon enough so try to enjoy it while you can. Seems weird sometimes that we don't have all that running around for sports to do anymore but you find ways to fill that time with other stuff, believe me!!
