| Today is a great day! I'm monitoring a class so what that means is I get to sit with my laptop and finally!!! catch up on everything I've missed here, do blog hopping, and upload pictures. I have a massage scheduled after work. Then it'll be onto home to keep prepping for the family reunion on Saturday at our home ... up to 54 people so far!!! <img src=htt | |

| Wow, Brianne! Congrats, I will head over to check it out. Hope your day flows smoothly.
We are leaving in the am for Saratoga Springs and Philly for a week, so I am doing all the last minute running around and planning. I have errands to run this morning, such as the post office to mail the gift for our niece's birthday to our hotel so I don't have to worry about the airline damaging it, (just have to worry about the post office doing so!), and calls to make like setting up the car service to take us to the airport at 4am. Ugh! Remember the thread yesterday about NOT being a morning person?
Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

| Now I can breathe.
My mom went in for surgery at 7:30 AM her time and 3 hours later came out fine. It was a long three hours for me as I can't be with her.
Dentist appointments for the two youngest -- No cavities! Stop by the library. dropped off paper work at another office. Picked up eldest's girlfriend. Grocery store. To the gardens at the elementary school to weed and feed!
Now HOME!!!!!!!
Blessings,
Garsy | |

| What a crazy day!! I am teaching 17 kids ranging in age from 5 - 13 in a clay art camp. They are making lots of sculpture out of clay and learning all the techniques. It's fast and furious! I am crossing my fingers that the first load of pieces come out okay in the kiln as I fired it tonight. It's at our HS so I can't check on it until tomorrow AM! YIKES> I had to speed dry them as it is soooo humid here. So, there is a great risk of some cracking or breaking! HOpe not! THen, picked up the little one from daycare (the 5 year old was with me in class) and home for lunch and naptime. He woke up and we played in our little blow up pool for a bit. My 5 year old drove me crazy with being sassy and crazy! I think I repeated the same phrase over and over all day... "stop that"... " You keep it up and you will spend the rest of the day in your room"... oh and my favorite, "because I said so!". LOL! We had dinner of left overs and then I toke them to get ice cream. It's 90 degrees here and that sounded good to me, so off we went. Well, we got cones and they dripped and melted so fast that we were all a mess... good thing I brought lots of wipes and another mom went and got us cups and spoons as a pity plea... I had the little one in a stoller and the 5 year old crying because his ice cream was melting faster than he could lick it! CRAZINESS!!! We were sticky and laughing after that! Got everyone home and in the bath... bedtime couldn't come fast enough for me! The 1 year old is fighting bedtime lately. So I had to let him cry it out for awhile... hubby is golfing tonight so lucky me gets to deal with all this! Sigh... Now, I'm catching up and enjoying a cold beverage! | |
