| Gosh, I haven't worked out in almost 2 weeks and I'm feelin' it. Time to get back to the exercise bike / treadmill / hand weights ... I feel so much better when I'm working out regularly. | |

| Totally understand you there! When we moved it was around 4 weeks until I was able to get back on a regular schedule and I STILL have not firmly rooted it down again yet!
I feel 100% better about, well, almost everything when I am in a good routine of working out. Ideas come more freely, I feel better about myself, and I actually FEEL like cleaning my house LOL!!

| Ugh, I struggle with working out. While I don't mind it once I get started, I have the hardest time starting. These last three months have been beyond crazy for me, so there is no routine right now. That is one of the reasons I am looking forward to June, when life settles down and I can get back to yoga regularly. | |

| I started a new workout last week called Insanity( they definetely chose the right name lol) And while muscles I didn't even know I had hurt, I feel such a great accomplishment at the end of each workout.
One of the best things for me that comes from working out is SLEEP. I've had trouble sleeping for years, but it seems when I stick to a regular workout schedule I fall asleep so much easier

| I always feel better when I workout too, but I can not stay disciplined to do anything inside!! If I'm outside biking and walking are fun, but inside it is hard to keep at it! I didn't do ANY exercise this winter and I've had my blood tested two times in the past two months since I have been having my stomach issues...anyway both times my glucose level was a little high. One guy told me that if I get my exercise back up the sugar should go out of blood into my muscles, like it is supposed to. I guess that's true, so I'm back to riding my bike some:) And I do feel better after I go biking...we have a cart behind our bike for the kids to ride in...makes it ten times harder!!! | |

| Exercise!
I don't like it but I NEED it. I don't do anything high impact. My knees and hips wouldn't be able to handle it right now. But I do walk. Everyday. I do at least a mile outside everyday when the weather is nice. Several days a week I up that to 4 miles. I go with my dogs. I love that my dogs give me an excuse and a reason to walk. "THEY" need the exercise and energy release and they love it! In the winter it's a bit more difficult, but then I get myself up and go early to the kid's elementary school where I join several of the teachers and other staff and we walk laps in the halls. I don't get my full 4 miles in, but the moral support is great, and many of us have noticed weight loss in each other! There's even an after school walking/running club for kids that meets twice a week and an exercise club that meets once a week!

| After I broke my arm in December, I ended up putting on 20 pounds. Basically over the last 5 months, I have had 3 surgeries and haven't been able to do my regular activities. About a month ago, I started to Zumba!!! If you have not tried it, you should. I read that you can burn between 500-900 calories an hour. I am sure I look ridiculous doing it, but I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing it every day. I have noticed more energy, and I am sleeping better. I love the way working out helps with everything | |

| I was doing SO good! Eating really healthy and exercising at least 5 days a week. Then.....................I ate some junk food when I was feeling down and completely threw myself off the wagon. I've lost 10 lbs. 2x and have put it back on. | |

| Brianne and Marcee - you will love it. I bought the videos because I was hoping that would keep me motivated. I also heard of some new kind of workout called Body Attack (?) It seems extremely intense. | |
