For all you night owls ...

what is your favorite late night snack?

i found myself reaching for yogurt with granola last night.
the night before i reached for pretzels.

i guess it could be worse.

Teddy grahams
chocolate
or dry Cheerio's.

Usually popcorn, Air popped not Microwaved.

I am a night owl but i dont eat late at night. My waist cannot afford it

I am so not a late owl! I am up early!

A bowl of fruity pebbles!

When I do have a late night snack, it's usually multi-grain cheerios or a Pop-Tart! I guess I'm really just getting a jump start for the next day! lol

I love pop tarts as well, but now I buy the whole wheat ones.

My late night snacks range from popcorn to fritos to pita crisps and brie cheese to lucky charms....or pickles, cracker and cheese..or olives and cheese...do you sense a common love here?? Most of the time it will be salty stuff, but every once in a while...about once a month I crave sweet stuff. When i was younger I always ate sweet stuff and now I can take it or leave it half the time....so it's odd to me that the past two times I've had my blood sugar checked it was high...but I don't know what determines that...

Usually icecream for me if I have a later nite snack!

When I actually get the chance to stay up late... I always crave popcorn. I think it's the saltiness. YUM. It's not late but now I want some.

i crave the ice cream at night too, but UNFORTUNATELY ice cream doesn't sit well with me ... i end up gettin' diarrea when i eat ice cream! What the heck?

It doesn't sit well with me either! I get indigestion from it but I LOVE it!! Ate some before bed a couple nights ago and woke up gasping for air because of acid reflux

I am a popcorn girl at night. That or chips. LOVE salty foods.

My late night snack is just about always a cookie! In fact, I just remembered I have a giant choc. chip cookie that I bought earlier today at the bakery. Thanks for this little reminder -- I think that cookie and a cold glass of milk is calling my name!

Funny, ice cream is just not something I crave. I eat it a couple of times a year, or maybe on top of warm apple pie, but it's just not my thing usually!

Oh, and a brownie will also do in a pinch!

It depends...........usually I love a bowl of cereal.

If it is near that time of the month.........I love ANYTHING with chocolate.

......just had some more yogurt with granola cereal added. ....
