Life is CrAzY!!!!!!

I know I shouldn't come here to complain or even attempt to explain cause I know that my life is probably no different than anyone elses right? (humor me please)
But I just wanted to poke my head in and say I've been trying to pop in when I can. I've been kinda MIA. With the new school routine and the INSANE amount of homework my kids have already.....and working on designing some new kits for Bo Bunny..... the list goes on.... I've had a hard time balancing all I need/want to.

Then to add to the craziness.... my poor Granny suffered the worst kind of stroke a person can have last weekend and had a heart attack at the same time. The Doctor's are still amazed she lived through it. Well... if you call it living. She's been on life support and 90% of her brain is now inept. She's basically a vegetable at 84 now. So her five sons met with other close family at the hospital last night to say their good-byes and pull the plug. It's hard because this came out of nowhere and she was one of those active Grandmas. Anyhoooo.... she's had a very full life and Grandpa died 12 years ago so I'm sure she's excited to reunite with him.

We are basically playing the waiting game now on when she passes. It's hard living so far away from everyone but I am loading my kids up on Friday night or Saturday morning and heading back home to Arizona so I can be with my family for a week. And pay my respects to Granny. I hope the funeral will happen while I'm there. The doctors don't think she will live longer than a day or two now. But if I miss it.... at least I will be there with my family and for my Dad who is struggling. He's the baby and was always closest to his mom. Okay..... din't mean to type a novel.

Just wanted to say hi and miss you guys and let ya know why I've been mia lately.

Oh Shanna, life always throws stuff at us doesn't it? I think you have everything in the right perspective and I want to wish you a safe journey.

and I know things are hectic but if it's any consolation - it's going to get worse now that soccer has started - should we just offer to have the boys live together and you come live with me? that's about what it's going to be like....hahahahaha
