Since things might be a little crazy this week, I thought a photo challenge would be fun! So, I made a photo scavenger hunt as your challenge for this week.

How it works: You need to take a new and original photo of each of the following. Come back here and start a new post add the photos. I chose this one because Mikayla is literally driving me UP THE WALL these days. She's always tough but lately I just cant get along with her. And yet, thanks to photos I can still capture her light and beauty:

(Note: I tried to take a picture of myself in the mirror, but it didn't turn out, so I asked my son to take one of me. This one was my favourite. )

( It's messy, but unfortunately not with scrappy stuff per say. I also use my space for sewing and have one more apron to make as a gift.)

(My favourite project that I created within the last 3 months is, surprisingly enough, not scrappy. It's a quilt that I made for Sage for Christmas. I managed to keep it a surprise and cannot wait to see her open it on Saturday morning!)

5. Someone you love in a Santa hat. My boys. I have the same photos from when they were 4 years old and 11 months and now they are 22 and 18 and I did a now and then layout.

6. Your favorite project you created within the last 3 months. Because it's a page for a calendar for a gift for Chritmas and I love making scrappy stuff to give away.

Gosh! What great looking families, trees & scrap spaces everyone has, messy or otherwise! I'd kill for that shelf Leigh!! Actually, I'd kill for a space just to put one in my scrap room....

It was actually a window valence in our church secretary's office.
They were painting the office and took it down. I asked what she was going to do with it and she said she'd give it away. I picked it up and brought it home!
