I think I wanna hurl......

Tuesday my DH's truck breaks down on his way to take Cassie to her soccer game. He thought it sounded like it was the transmission and it wouldn't slip into gear. So we had it towed yesterday to the car place and we found out last night it IS the transmission. It will be around a $5000 bill.

We kicked the idea around of getting him a new truck but financially it's smarter for us to just fix it since his truck is paid off. But man - that hurts. Sux

Thanks ladies - one of the tragedies of owning a vehicle I guess. Between that and a home - they are money suckers. lol!

We just bought 2 new tires for the Sienna because I ran over something in the dark and got a flat tire. Which didn't set us back nearly as much but still unexpected, especially after spending so much during the holidays.

hahaha - nope luckily but if there is any a cause to trigger it - this would be it.
