Card-a-Palooza Rules

Welcome to our First Annual Card-a-Palooza!


Kimber McGray's latest book is 175 Cards for ALL occasions and that is what we are doing here today. Again, a huge thanks to Kimber for donating this book! The idea of this 15 day challenge is to have an arsenal of cards that you can quickly add a sentiment to & be ready to go in a jiff.

We will have 15 days of card based challenges beginning August 1st and lasting through the 15th (Monday to a Monday). Challenges will need to be done by Wednesday the 17th midnight PST in order to count towards prizes. NOTE: anyone that wants to do layouts can participate too, you just need to incorporate the challenge into a layout. You don't get extra for layouts due to the nature of these challenges being card-based.

You are going to say, "What? No Sentiments?" Yes, that's it. No sentiments. We will issue you a challenge and you just run with it, the catch is that we want you to be able to use these cards at any time and have 15 cards ready to go, at your disposal.

So how do you win???
Well, everyone is going to be a winner because you will have 15 cards ready to go for any occasion!!! But we do have some prizes, too


For every 3 challenges you complete, your name will be put into the "hat" to win the book, gift card to the FTLOA store or two gift packs posted here. That is five chances to win!!! If you do all of them you get an additional entry. AND we are offering one more chance to win if you refer a friend and they complete 3 challenges (enough to get an entry for the prizes themselves).

All cards must be newly created for these challenges.
Make sure you load to the FTLOA gallery and link back to the appropriate challenge post.
Tally your points in the tally thread here.
