Being in the middle of some redecorating after our move this summer, I'm just curious about this....

What is the main color of decor in your home?

The main color scheme in our home is red. Anyone would know that is my favorite color when they enter my home. We have a red sectional, red curtains and lots of red decor items. I just love the rich look of it. I like to add in some jewel toned colors too, like golds, deep eggplant and dark woods.

That's just me!

The main living space, dining and kitchen are a light pale pink and light lettuce green, but different tones here and there. All the other rooms are colorful and since its a split level I wasn't worried about flow.

My bedroom is a light chartreuse and magenta, my daughters is bubblegum pink and lime green, the game room is glacier blue, Her bathroom is frightening yellow ducky yellow and turq. The craft room is lime and turq and the laundry room is a pale green.

First floor is Earth tones.

Though our foyer is a bit brighter than we wanted..it's border line not earth tone, LOL! but once we put hardwood in it, it will be better.

Upstairs we have blues. For some reason, I like a blue bedroom. It's soft. Henry's is green right now but we will be painting it soon when we redo his room. His room is next on the list. I am sure it will be something sports related knowing that kid, LOL!
