Here's Monday!

The weekend flew! We had company from out of town--from where we used to live in NY. A friend of Julie's and his mom.
He is checking out a university (and my daughter ) here. He decided he loves both {LOL}.
It is the same University that Julie goes to and it is a terrific place.
Wendi and I (his mom) went to see "The Lucky One"--loved it.

My house is all in order.
I have Alex home with stomach issues.
With Alex home it means my day is messed up.. Oh well.

What's up for everyone?

Jason and I went on a date night Friday night and saw the Lucky One. It was really good!! Saturday, I did grocery shopping and came home to do some cleaning. We had friends over that night. We grilled steaks and played Apples to Apples. It was so much fun! Yesterday, we visited my BIL and SIL's church. We had a viewing to attend after. A good friend of our's husband passed away from a heart attack on Friday. He had been in a coma for almost a week. He was 43 years old. So sad.
We went to eat with family after and went back for church last night.
I'm not feeling too well today. I hope I'm not coming down with the stomach virus. It has been horrible! If I disappear for a few days, You know why!!

We surprised my mom..it's her bday on Sat so they came down and she didn't know. It was nice...but Amber was sick when she got here and she was supposed to fly out today. I took her to the DR and he said...um...no flying...you have pneumonia.

So she is here for a few more days.

So I had her to the Dr today and Owen,too, he has a viral thing/rash so it has been crazy LOL!


AND I PUT ON FIVE LBS. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Ellen--sorry to hear sis is sick and Owen too- rashes are terrible!

Are you getting snow? we are seeing lots of snow on the weather channel!
No snow here thank goodness--55 and sunny

we had tons of fun with the in-laws, and I have now realized it takes 4 grown adults to wear my kids out. I don't know if that makes me feel better, because now I know it's not just that I need more energy, or if I feel worse because now I know that I don't even have a prayer of keeping up with them.

I think I am having a hangover from the crazy/busy/lack of sleep weekend today though.

Our weekend was busy with Seth and youth turkey hunting. So excited because he was able to get one Sunday morning. It was awesome!! DH got it all on video (thanks to his iphone).

I got some scrappin done on saturday and sunday we ran some errands after we took Seth home.

A good weekend for sure!

This week is crazy as usual, think Monday night was the only night we don't have something going on. Hopefully we can get everything done.
