New Picture to Scrap

i was named after my great grandmother carrie.
i never knew her because she passed away long before i was born, and i've never seen a picture of her until recently. on easter my mom gave me a picture of great grandma carrie.

i plan to scrap the picture, but first i want my mom to tell me stories about her. i want the scrapbook pages about her to be more that just a random picture of the person i was named after. i look forward to sitting down with mom and talking about great grandma.

I am, I was named after my Dad oldest sister. I had her as my matron on honor at my wedding.

Elizabeth has been passed down as a middle name in my family. It is my grandmother's, mine, and my daughter's. I believe there is one or more above my grandmother, and then it was someone's first name.

Oh Carrie, that is so cool. I don't think I was named after anyone but now I wish I were so I could scrap it!
