| My niece is having her wedding at the ranch in July and she has asked me to make her invites. So far the guest list is at 285 people!!! Yikes. So ... curious as to what your experience has been with making mass production items. Any tips, leads, suggestions? Any & all are greatly appreciated. Also looking for ideas. Thanks! | |

| How exciting for all of you! I can't help much with mass production. Have you checked out Pinterest? I'm sure there would be tons of inspiration there. | |

| I did wedding invitations once but it was not nearly as large a wedding. I ended up making 100 invitations. I used a white shimmery cardstock and made them gate fold. I used my sizzix to emboss the front of the cardstock. The inside wording was actually printed on vellum with a piece of shimmery red cardstock behind it and a piece of black ribbon across the top to attach them together.
I do actually have a scrapper friend that is making wedding invitations for someone in her family and she was working on them at a crop we were at a couple weeks back. I would be happy to see what she is doing and get back with you, if you want me to? | |

| Wow, Suzy! That's a huge, I mean, HUGE, undertaking! I have no idea or tips for you for doing so many, but I sure hope it's something simple and clean, lol! I made my own wedding invites 11 years ago, but I too only had about 125 invites. I stamped and heat embossed the fronts with our names and then the inside info was all done on the computer, but my dad's secretary did that part for me with one of her programs. Pinterest may have some ideas for you for sure! Good luck | |

| I helped my sister-in-law with hers, and the best thing to do is keep it simple! We did an assembly line, where each person did a little something-it made it go pretty quickly. She did a printed card, and we attached purple vellum on top by punching holes and threading a bow through the printed card and the vellum. Simple, but it looked really nice. | |
