QOTD 9/6

Well since it's 2 am and I'm still up, thought I'd go ahead and post the QOTD! Since I can't sleep, here's one for you...

On average, how many hours of sleep do you require each night?

I can't remember if this was asked recently or not but since I can't sleep right now, it's the question that's fresh in my head!

I normally require 7-8 hours of sleep. Occasionally, I will go on much less, like 4 or 5 (which will be tonight), but then I have to make up for it later.

I have to have at least 8 hours or I turn into Cruela DeVil.

My body prefers and does best on 8-9 which I tend to get regularly. However, 7 hours seems ok, 6 is workable, but I am dragging all morning and then pooped by dinner.

I need 7 (8-9 is a little piece of heaven.) I can get by on less but not for too many nights in a row.

Yes! I'm a crank without my sleep!

I normally get about five hours, but would much rather get about seven. I get sooo sleepy in the afternoon!

I need 7 1/2-8 to function properly. As I can count the days I have gotten that on one hand for the last 2 years, it is safe to say I am a little out of it most of the time.
